The EFM Young Artists Orchestra Program brings together gifted tuba students from around the world, featuring two exceptional ensembles that perform full-length, ticketed concerts throughout the summer. Rehearsing six days a week, these young musicians immerse themselves in challenging repertoire designed to push their artistic and technical limits. A distinctive feature of the program is its weekly seat rotation, allowing participants to experience different orchestral roles and develop a deeper, more versatile musicianship.

Tuba Faculty
Also at EFM: Tindall Tuba Seminar
The audition requirements above are for the five-week Orchestral Program. EFM also runs a separate one-week tuba seminar in July with Aaron Tindall, Principal Tuba of the Naples Philharmonic, built around preparing a professional orchestral audition. The seminar has its own application and recording requirements, and it is open to professional musicians, college and graduate students, and high school players ages 16 and older.
